Do you have dimensions of products?
All product specifications should be stated on the product page under the "Technical Specifications" dropdown
The product I want to buy is out of stock
In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock, it will be available for purchase on backorder. If a product is not available on backorder, this means that we are not expecting to restock soon. If you want to know about a specific product then contact us
Do you accept product recommendations?
We are always looking for cool new products to bring to our range, if there's something you've seen out in the wild that you think would suit Rock Shop Repeat, then let us know!

How do I track my order?
We'll email a dispatch confirmation which will include your tracking details.
Can I have my order delivered to a PO Box or BFPO address?
Unfortunately we cannot currently accommodate PO Box or BFPO delivery addresses. Orders to these addresses will automatically be cancelled and refunded.
I haven't received my order
You'll be able to track your delivery using the link in your shipping confirmation. If your delivery status says your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or in your safe space in case it has been delivered there.
I don't live in the UK, will I have to pay customs?
We ship from the UK however, customs and import tax is included in shipping to EU countries.
Deliveries outside of the UK and EU (including Norway and Switzerland) may incur import taxes and/or customs duties.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
All shipping times are estimates, and not guaranteed unless specified.
Returns
How long do I have to return?
You have 14 days from purchase to notify us of a return. You have 14 days from the date you notify us to return the item/s.
How do I return my order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must make the return within 14 days of notifying us of the return. Failure to do so can result in delayed or rejected refunds.

If your return is accepted, you must then purchase a shipping label and send your item/s to the above address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?
We'll aim to have your return processed as quickly as possible, however during busy times this can be up to 14 working days.
Once your refund has been processed, funds should reappear back into your account within 1-7 working days of the return being processed, depending on your banking provider. Refunds will be made to your original payment method, unless you have chosen the option to have a refund to gift card.
How do I find my order number?
Your order number can be found on your confirmation email, or get in touch with our team and they'll be happy to help.
